These Terms govern your use of the Roommade website at roommade.cc and any services you engage us for. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
- Scrape, copy, or republish our content without written permission
- Submit false information through our forms
- Use the site in any way that interferes with other visitors’ experience
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, code, the Roommade name, logo, and any project case studies — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution. Anything beyond that requires written permission.
4. Engagements and proposals
Booking a free brand analysis or contacting us through the form does not create a binding contract for paid services. Any project work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement that we sign together, which will set out scope, deliverables, payment, and timing.
5. User submissions
When you submit information through our forms (your name, email, message, etc.), you grant us permission to store and process it for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle that data.
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.
6. Third-party services
We link to third-party platforms — social media, analytics, blog distribution channels, and so on. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those services. Their use is governed by their own terms.
7. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. We work hard to keep things running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee perfection.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roommade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site — including, without limitation, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or, if no payment has been made, to one hundred euro (€100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Roommade harmless from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Roommade is established. Any disputes will be addressed in good faith between the parties; if unresolved, in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
